Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent DESCRIPTION: As a Risk Management Administrator at Tutor Perini Corporation., you will have the opportunity to: Track and assist with the setup of new claims files within the Risk Management database. Maintain the Risk Management database and generate loss runs and analytical reports. Support risk managers by coordinating with business partners to obtain and communicate relevant claim information. Gather and organize supporting documentation for claims, including auto records, witness statements, and employment records. Review and respond to subpoenas under the direction of Risk Management, in collaboration with HR and Business Units. Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately tracked in Egnyte. Manage document flow within Egnyte and facilitate effective communication between brokers and internal stakeholders. Organize and archive insurance policies and endorsements. Review, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance for compliance and record-keeping. Draft professional correspondence and internal communications. Maintain and manage departmental calendars for the Risk Management team. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work onsite at our Sylmar, CA office Monday through Friday; this is a full-time, in-office position. 5+ years of risk management experience. Experience with insurance and claims management Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear correspondence and interact effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience working with document management systems (e.g., Egnyte). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Experience reviewing and organizing insurance policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. Working knowledge of legal and HR-related documentation, including subpoenas and employment records. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams, including Risk, HR, and Operations. Proactive and resourceful with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment with departmental goals and deadlines.
