The AI & Data PMO Lead responsibilities include managing all aspects of the workstream lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, which may include: managing multiple integrations, business development efforts and any delivery escalations. - Identify and research barriers to AI adoption at the enterprise level
- Scope and define actionable strategies to address these challenges
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate findings and gather insights
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in solution development and implementation
- Employ agile practices to lead cross-functional teams towards objectives, ensuring iterative and flexible processes to deliver impactful solutions
- Engage with stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional activities, and solve enterprise-level problems
The Work:
- Assemble, manage, and lead all aspects of multiple use cases and workstreams from initiation, transition, and closure.
- Actively drive and support business development activities
- Actively manage and assist Program Leads with scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments.
- Work with stakeholders to define workstream scope, goals, and deliverables
- Provide oversight and track workstream progress and deliverables; Ultimately responsible for the on-time completion and quality of workstream deliverables.
- Deliver upon commitments; Manage scope to contract terms and basis of estimate.
- Drive and support sales and growth objectives within immediate responsibility area and other organizational priorities
- Track performance of business development activities using a custom SalesForce tool
- Track and manage staffing needs on AI&D projects
- Organize learning and team morale events for AI&D practitioners
- Coordinate and collaborate w/key ecosystem partners
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Data & AI Strategy
- Experience leading enterprise transformation projects
- Proven experience in communicating and presenting to C-level executives
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
