Social Media, Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist

Job Description

• Manage and create daily content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and posting schedule
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow the audience organically
• Create eye-catching graphics, short-form videos, and high-engagement posts
• Plan, write, design, and schedule newsletters & automated sequences
• Maintain list segmentation and CRM accuracy
• Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and perform A/B testing
• Build and manage targeted outreach lists
• Write and send personalized cold email sequences
• Track replies, deliverability, and campaign performance
• Connect with prospects and send customized outreach messages
• Manage LinkedIn inbox, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance across all channels
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvements
• Optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion

Requirements

• 1–3+ years experience in social media, email marketing, or outreach
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and email automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Prior experience in cold email or outbound lead generation is a major plus
