Artificial Intelligence Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Produce and annotate high-quality training data across multiple formats (text, image, video) on diverse topics, especially in technical and scientific domains. Compose grammatically accurate texts in various styles and levels of creativity, adhering strictly to given guidelines. Employ Python and SQL for automating and optimizing data processing workflows, while interpreting technical documentation to ensure precise implementation. Investigate issues deeply and implement independent solutions, while identifying and reporting tooling bugs with suggestions for improvement. Make informed and logical choices in scenarios with ambiguous or incomplete information.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Advanced proficiency (C1+ or equivalent) in the English language. Demonstrated experience with written language data, including annotation and other forms of data markup. Familiarity with essential concepts such as Python programming, scripting languages, and data structures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building strategic relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating and collaborating across teams. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving circumstances, direction, and strategies. Advanced proficiency in multiple languages (C1+ or equivalent) is a plus.

Our compensation structure reflects the varying costs of labor across numerous US geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $40,400/year in the lowest market to $86,500/year in the highest market. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including location, and may vary based on experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
