We’re looking for a Junior Data Analytics Specialist who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data drives day-to-day decisions in a fast-paced, omnichannel contact center. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real operational data.


The Role

As a Junior Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll support our analytics and operations teams by preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and tracking core performance metrics. You’ll work with experienced analysts and leaders to understand how data is collected, analyzed, and used to improve customer service and contact center performance.

This role is designed to help you build strong analytics fundamentals while growing your technical and business skills.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Data Support

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on contact center performance.
  • Track core metrics such as call volume, average handle time (AHT), service level, and agent productivity.
  • Maintain and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and recurring reports.

Data Quality & Accuracy

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and flag data issues or inconsistencies to senior team members.
  • Help document reporting processes, definitions, and standard metrics.

Analysis & Collaboration

  • Assist with basic trend analysis and performance summaries.
  • Support ad hoc data requests from operations and management teams.
  • Learn how data supports staffing, service levels, and operational decisions.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant coursework) in Business, Analytics, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to explain data clearly in simple, non-technical terms.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
  • Familiarity with call center or customer service metrics.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fast-paced, omnichannel contact center environment
  • Full-time, on-site position (non-exempt, hourly)
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs
  • Occasional exposure to sensitive or challenging customer interactions


Compensation & Benefits

• $42,000 annual salary
