Job Summary We are looking for an eager, tech-savvy individual to launch their career with our IT team. This is an entry-level role designed for learning and growth. You will start by handling day-to-day IT support tasks while receiving mentorship and on-the-job training in our core business technologies.
Unlike standard helpdesk jobs, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). These are high-demand skills that power modern business. Duties And Responsibilities (What You Will Do & Learn)

Duties And Responsibilities (What You Will Do & Learn)
- IT Support & Foundation:
- Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues experiencing technical issues (password resets, printer issues, software glitches).
- Learn to install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations for onboarding employees.
- ERP & EDI Skills Development (The "Growth" Part):
- Learn our ERP System: Receive training on how to navigate, administer, and troubleshoot our main business management software. You will learn how different departments (Sales, Accounting, Warehouse) rely on this system.
- Learn EDI Fundamentals: Understand how our systems automatically exchange data (orders, invoices) with major partners.
- Monitor Data Flow: Assist the team in monitoring the connection between the ERP and outside vendors, learning to identify why a specific order or record didn't sync correctly.
- Process & Documentation:
- Create and update "How-To" guides and support documentation as you learn new processes.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and support tickets.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Equivalent self-taught experience is also welcome.
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and general computer hardware.
- Eagerness to Learn (Crucial): A specific interest in learning business systems (ERP), backend data flow, and EDI technology.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong curiosity: You like figuring out how things work.
- Communication: You can explain technical problems in simple language.
- Patience and a service-oriented mindset.
- Bonus Skills (Not Required): Any prior exposure to database concepts, spreadsheets, or business software is a plus.
