Position: Sr. MS Fabric Developer with Power BI Exp

Location: Dallas, TX – Must be onsite 4 days a week

Duration: 6-12 months

Start Date: 2 weeks

This candidate will be closely working with our Operations and Finance teams to build out Mockup reports/dashboard and should be coordinating with the offshore team comprising of 2 developers(1 Fabric, 1 Power BI) to build out our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Power BI Dashboards/reports.

We are currently seeking a Fabric Developer to join our team in Dallas, US

Job Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data transformations and models
  • Build and manage ADF pipelines for ingesting data from multiple source systems
  • Develop and enhance data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components
  • Implement end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across insurance data sources
  • Optimize SQL queries and pipelines for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on reporting needs
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production support

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL (T SQL) for data analysis and transformations
  • Proven experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, triggers, and integrations
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Warehouses)
  • Experience building and optimizing ETL / ELT data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, dimensional models, and schemas
  • Experience working with Azure Data Lake, One Lake, and cloud storage
  • Strong experience in developing complex reports and Dashboards in

Power BI

  • Strong experience in creating AI Agents using

Co-Pilot Studio

to automate Processes/reports using Co-Pilot AI

  • Ability to handle large-scale data processing and performance tuning
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with data engineers and business teams"
