Ecommerce Manager

Futures are partnering with an up and coming player in the FMCG sector, dedicated to providing high-quality and innovative products to consumers globally. They are a family run business with a real passion in their industry, achieving consistent YoY growth!
Due to their online growth, they are looking for an Ecommerce Manager.
As an Ecommerce Manager, you will...

• Create, update, and optimize listings across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Upload and maintain product listings on our Shopify website, working to improve site merchandising, categorization, and user experience.
• Assist in the development of product content such as infographics, A+ Content, brand store assets, and promotional banners using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and manage online marketing communication materials for distributors, retail customers and consumers.
  

What will you need?

• 1-2 years minimum experience of the Amazon Platform.
• Exposure to other platforms such as eBay marketplace is advantageous.
• Experience working with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform is highly needed.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong grasp of how to create engaging and informative product listings.
• Demonstrates the ability to be analytical and creative when needed.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyse sales and performance data.
• Basic experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to support content creation needs.
