Digital Marketing Onboarding/Operations Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) (Remote)
Connoisseur MediaThe Mission
You are the central hub of the campaign launch process. Your mission is to take a signed contract from Sales and partner with our Account Managers (AMs) to hunt down every asset needed for a perfect launch. From Geofencing lists to high-res banners, you are the gatekeeper who ensures our Fulfillment team has a "clean" order to execute. Because you are fluent in both English and Spanish, you bridge the gap for our diverse client base, ensuring that strategy and technical specs are never lost in translation.
What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Be Doing
- The Resource Hunter: Partner with AMs to coordinate with Sales and Clients. You’ll be the one securing the logos, copy, URLs, and specific Geofencing coordinates needed to build the campaign.
- The Bilingual Creative Liaison: You don't just "get" creatives; you manage them. You’ll submit requests to the design team and bridge the gap between client feedback and final production, ensuring ad copy in both English and Spanish is grammatically correct and culturally resonant.
- The QC Gatekeeper: Before anything goes to Fulfillment, you audit it. You’ll verify that banner specs, video formats, and data lists meet strict platform requirements to prevent launch delays.
- Fulfillment Tracker: You’ll submit the final digital marketing orders and stay on top of the Fulfillment team for status updates, ensuring "Go Live" dates are met.
- The Professional Follow-Up: You’ll proactively nudge Sales, Clients, and internal teams for missing assets, ensuring no project stalls out in the "pending" phase.
- The Clean Handoff: Once the campaign is live and verified, you transition the handling of the account to the AM for long-term management.
- The "Indy" Worker: You don't need a micro-manager. You can take new orders and prioritize your own day to ensure everything moves forward.
- A Time Management Pro: You thrive on a high-volume desk. You know how to bucket your time between technical QC work and client follow-ups.
- A Documentation Expert: You live in the CRM and PM tools, ensuring every interaction and asset status is logged so the team is always in the loop.
- Detail-Obsessed: You’re the person who catches a typo in a Geofencing list or a 301x251 pixel error that would have crashed the upload.
- Language Mastery: Fully bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish. You can lead a kickoff call and perform technical QC on ad copy in both languages.
- Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume Customer Service, Agency Coordinator, or Ad Ops role.
- CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience navigating and updating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage project pipelines.
- Independent Drive: A proven ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions without waiting for instructions.
Connoisseur invests in people who invest in themselves and offers employees a competitive package of health and welfare benefits.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision. Supplement Life Insurance, AD&D Coverage, STD, and LTD coverage.
- Paid Time Off: 17 PTO days and 10 company holidays.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer matching to support your future financial goals.
- Employee Assistance Program: Free support services for you and your household.
