Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee database
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Administration
  • Oversee general office operations and supplies management
  • Manage company licenses, insurance, and vendor contracts
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support internal communications and maintain office documentation
  • Liaise with external service providers and government bodies
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR and office administration
  • Familiar with local employment regulations and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
