- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintain and update HR records and employee database
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee general office operations and supplies management
- Manage company licenses, insurance, and vendor contracts
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support internal communications and maintain office documentation
- Liaise with external service providers and government bodies
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR and office administration
- Familiar with local employment regulations and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
