This role will play a key part in supporting those growth plans by enhancing how we communicate, engage, and present our brand online.
We are now looking for a creative and proactive Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in our Chandlers Ford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, videography, and digital engagement to contribute meaningfully to the firms evolving marketing strategy.
The Role
Responsibilities
In this varied and hands-on position, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital marketing activity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Management: Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across our social media channels; monitoring performance and engagement; supporting campaigns and firm-wide initiatives.
• Website Content & Updates: Creating, editing, and updating website pagesparticularly through WordPressensuring content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and SEO-friendly.
• Videography & Editing : Filming and producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social channels, and internal communications.
• Design & Content Creation: Producing eye-catching digital assets, basic graphics, and multimedia content that enhances our brand and professional image.
  

What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who brings creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven content creation experience, including basic design and editing.
• Strong social media expertise, with an understanding of platform trends and best practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable videography and video editing experience.
• Experience working with websites, ideally with solid WordPress knowledge.
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
