In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead and grow the North America Security Solutions Group, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Partner with the Global Service Center Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to align strategies and share best practices.
- Expand the Security Solutions business for Ovation systems through close collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Projects, and Sales teams.
- Build strong relationships with North America customers to deliver high-quality control system security solutions.
- Attract, develop, and lead talent while managing resources to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee a business with annual sales of $20–$30M and a budget exceeding $2.5M.
- Prepare and present financial and business development plans for Security Solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations showcasing advanced security services to internal and external stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in field service, sales, application engineering, or first-level management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, mainly domestically.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Industry certifications such as GICSP or CCNA.
- Experience with distributed control systems (DCS), process control, project management, and team leadership.
