Job Description
Careermakers Recruitment are seeking a German Speaking Call Centre Agent to join our clients remote customer service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to support customers professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Use excellent English communication skills and phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries.
• Accurately input and manage customer data using strong data-entry skills.
• Utilise multilingual abilities, particularly in German or Dutch, with additional languages such as Spanish or French considered an advantage.
• Apply analytical thinking to understand customer needs and contribute to continuous service improvements.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (written and verbal) essential.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
