Overview:

We are seeking a talented Paid Social Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and drive sales for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics to ensure success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and report on performance.
  • Cross-team collaboration to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the competition.
  • Assist in social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting.
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing specialised in eCommerce
  • Recent experience in paid social for eCommerce (within the last 3 months)
  • 2+ years experience in paid social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Experience QA'ing and troubleshooting technical components of paid social campaigns, including verifying accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and the integrity of eCommerce product feeds across platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
