Key Responsibilities: Shaping Our Social Media Presence

• Create engaging social assets, including short-form video, static graphics, carousels, and more to drive audience engagement.
• Schedule and post content across all active channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok, to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Assist in social content ideation that resonates with our key audiences, including workplaces and restaurants.
• Help build and maintain our social calendar to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Track and report on social results to measure the impact of our content and campaigns.
• Moderate our social community, working closely with our customer service team to handle customer requests and provide support.
• Own active engagement by monitoring ongoing conversations and finding new opportunities to insert ezCater into the conversation.
• Provide support for larger initiatives, such as influencer collaborations, restaurant launches, and report campaigns.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

To succeed as a Social Media Marketing Associate at ezCater, you'll need:

• At least one internship or co-op experience in social media marketing to demonstrate your understanding of the field.
• A passion for social media marketing, with a balance of creative and analytical skills to drive results.
• Excellent written and personal communication skills to effectively engage with our audience.
• Confidence and comfort in asking questions and seeking feedback to continuously improve.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• The ability to "figure things out" and invent innovative ideas and approaches to accomplish our objectives.
• Comfort working in platforms like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and all social media platforms to track and measure performance.
