- 8 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process.
- 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g. VP+ talent).
- 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.
- Experience recruiting executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
- Experience running executive searches full life-cycle as well as with leverage from a Research partner.
- Experience collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.
- Experience with executive compensation negotiations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and acquire the technical talent and organizational leaders required to drive Google’s long-term business strategy.
- Execute proactive search strategies by leveraging research teams, networks and other search resources to identify, engage, and recruit technical executive-level applicants.
- Lead the end-to-end search process, providing consistent communication and exceptional client service to internal business partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct applicant assessments, developing an understanding of leadership styles, professional backgrounds, and specific organizational alignment for each role.
- Serve as a domain talent expert, offering strategic insights and valuable talent market assessments based on the knowledge of the engaged landscape.
