- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technology related sales or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
- 3 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
- Experience in sales management and delivering against sales attainment goals.
- Experience working with, and influencing, executive stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing and presenting business performance data.
- Experience managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Experience in technology sales focused on breaking into accounts and working on net new customer acquisition.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire new Google Cloud customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
- Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement.
- Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
- Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Manage productive relationships with business development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as our partner ecosystem, to drive strategy and execution.
