Location: New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $280,000 – $400,000 + Bonus + Carry

A global investment firm is hiring a Director of Data & AI to lead how data and AI create measurable value across its fintech and financial services portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of private equity, technology, and value creation.

The Role

You’ll shape and execute firmwide data and AI strategy — from investment diligence to portfolio transformation and internal adoption. Partnering with deal teams and portfolio executives, you’ll identify and deliver initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Focus Areas

• Develop and roll out AI and data strategies that enhance portfolio and firm performance.
• Lead value creation projects with measurable ROI across fintech and financial services companies.
• Support investment diligence, assessing AI readiness and technical risk.
• Drive internal AI adoption through scalable tools and data platforms.
• Build and mentor a small team of AI and data specialists.
