Our client is a growing provider of supplier information and risk management solutions, supporting large organizations and their supplier networks across regulated industries. They deliver data driven insight across areas such as operational resilience, cyber security, and compliance, helping businesses manage risk through a shared and streamlined approach. They are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Raleigh, NC!
Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide first line customer support to supplier customers across North America, supporting onboarding, renewals, and data validation processes. Reporting into the Business Lead, this role is heavily customer-facing and involves high volume outbound calls alongside detailed data validation and CRM updates.
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
- Experience handling inbound and high volume outbound customer calls
- Strong attention to detail with confidence working in data validation or data management
- Proven ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- French or Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential
