Azure Cloud Engineer *SIGN-ON BONUS*
Integration Innovation, Inc.i3 is searching for an Azure Cloud Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) effort. The mission is to design and implement a Missile Defense System with multiple layers of protection. The Azure Cloud Engineer performs administration of cloud and on-site technologies and provides end-to-end solutions for IT Systems, creates and configures virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment, monitors system performance and addresses any issues through an effective support process. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

- Proficient in deploying, managing, and monitoring Virtual Machines (VMs), including sizing, scaling, and ensuring high availability.
- Support and facilitate the MDA cloud strategy to provide technology services and capabilities to include HPC, IaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and SaaS Cloud Service Offerings.
- Operate and sustain a fully integrated DevSecOps environment to support both IC software development and analysis requirements.
- Knowledge of creating and managing storage accounts, including Blob, File, and Queue storage in support of our CI/CD pipeline environment.
- Develop and deliver cloud solutions in Azure and AWS that include the ability to analyze requirements.
- Mastery of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID) for identity and access management. This includes managing users, groups, roles, and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Migrate legacy COTS/GOTS on-premise hardware and software applications to the agency hybrid cloud services within the current ATOs for the approved enclaves.
- Configure information technology infrastructure in accordance with best practices and DISA STIGs.
- Create and maintain architectural and operational documentation; Provide technical guidance to developers and support teams; Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices.
- Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems applicable to the compliance of RMF accreditation packages.
- Install, configure and manage ADS or Azure DevOps Server repositories.
- Understanding of software configuration management, building, deployment and release management, application lifecycle management, infrastructure, and DevOps tools and processes.
- Have a customer centric approach and provide all level of support for the technical and cyber team as well as the user base community.
- Implementing security controls, such as data encryption (at rest, in transit, and in use), and using services like Azure Key Vault for managing secrets.
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Be able to quickly adapt to new situations, have a strong commitment to a team environment, maintain a capacity to work with little supervision, and the willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS, O365, and SharePoint.
- Must have CompTIA Security+ CE, Security X, CISM or CISSP certification.
- Must have Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, CCSP, or GCSA certification.
- Knowledge of AVD's, VMware, Windows, Linux and migration of on prem resources to the cloud.
- Azure Group Policy administration, Microsoft Entra ID, system security and AD integration.
- Microsoft Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lakes and Blob storage experience.
- Active Secret clearance required. Must be able to maintain the security clearance required for this position.
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL or be willing to relocate prior to starting date.
- Ability to reliably commute to the office as business needs dictate.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience supporting the MDA or missile test data environments, including familiarity with data flow, system integration, or analysis processes unique to test missions.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including ingestion, parsing, cataloging, and metadata validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data preparation and analysis.
- Working knowledge of metadata standards, data dictionaries, and validation procedures.
- Experience developing dashboards and visual reports in Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data quality and performance metrics to identify process bottlenecks or anomalies.
- Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical data findings for non-technical audiences and leadership.
- Understanding of data governance policies, retention schedules, and secure handling of classified information.
- Collaborative and analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment.

- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m. - 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
