We are looking for experienced AI Leads with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-based systems, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.

• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience developing AI Chatbots / AI Assistants
• Experience building MCP Servers / tool-based AI architectures
• Experience working with AWS Bedrock and NovaSonic
• Strong experience working with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS Cloud

• Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures
• Build RAG pipelines and conversational AI platforms
• Architect AI tool ecosystems using MCP servers
• Lead and mentor AI engineering teams
