About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Supervisor to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervise daily operations of Engineering Department team leaders and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Inspect completed maintenance and repair work to verify quality and adherence to standards
- Support implementation and monitoring of JEMS, including Fire, Life & Safety Matrix, PPM, and Work Order Systems
- Address staff grievances, suggestions, and complaints, escalating issues to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer when necessary
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with all Engineering Department policies, processes, and procedures
- Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by management
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 Years in a 5-star Hotel environment
- Mechanical or Electrical diploma or equivalent
- Understand HVAC and Electrical Systems
- Problem solving and follow up abilities
