Social Media Influencer

Mercor is seeking skilled social media influencers to produce engaging, high-quality digital content for multimedia datasets designed to test and demonstrate advanced AI systems. This role requires creating authentic, on-camera content aligned with project scripts and themes.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Film short-form, platform-ready video content according to structured prompts and project guidelines.
• Annotate, caption and evaluate different video/images/influencer content shared.
• Deliver clear, confident, and natural on-camera communication aligned with target audience expectations.
• Ensure all content meets technical requirements for lighting, audio clarity, framing, and visual quality.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and deliver content on a consistent schedule.

### **You’re a strong fit if you have:**

• 3–5 years of experience creating high-engagement content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Snapchat.
• Proven success producing relatable, on-camera content with strong audience engagement.
• Ability to rapidly interpret scripts or prompts and convert them into polished short-form videos.
• Strong understanding of platform aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling styles.
• Ability to work independently and deliver frequent, high-quality outputs.
