Social Media Manager - Home Builder & Renovation Company (Jacksonville FL)

We are hiring a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, Pinterest and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how market construction, real estate, and luxury home services through engaging video and storytelling.

This is a flexible, self-paced role with creative freedom, not a traditional desk job.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing social media for construction, real estate, home services, or luxury brands
• Strong skills in Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and short-form video
• Comfortable visiting job sites locally (preferred)
• Knowledge of lead-focused content (not just likes/followers)
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly content calendars
• Create and post content 3–5 times per week
• Produce short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) from job sites and completed projects
• Showcase before-and-after renovations and custom builds
• Respond to messages and inquiries professionally
• Optimize social profiles for credibility and lead generation
• Track performance and provide monthly reporting
• Collaborate with our team on promotions, new projects, and community highlights

Bonus Qualifications

• Photography or videography experience
• Experience running paid social ads
• Knowledge of Jacksonville neighborhoods and housing market

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base Pay: $2,500–$3,500/month depending on experience

Performance Bonuses Available

• $50 per qualified consultation lead
• $500 bonus for hitting monthly lead goals
• Additional bonuses if social media generates signed build or renovation contracts
• Applicants without portfolio examples will not be considered.
