We're a growing Orthodox Christian media startup focused on thoughtful, engaging conversations around faith, culture, and theology. We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to fully manage and grow all our social platforms. Experience in graphic design and creative tools is a major plus!

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and interested in faith-based media — especially students, recent graduates, or those looking to build experience in digital marketing and content creation.

ORTHODOX CHRISTIAN APPLICANTS PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the video editor and the 3-person team to schedule posts consistently across all platforms.
  • Create simple graphics and visual assets to accompany posts
  • Generate new content strategies, engagement, and performance tactics
  • Research the highest-engagement posting times and caption tactics
  • Coordinate with web and graphic designers as needed
  • Be CREATIVE!

Qualifications

  • Graphic design experience is preferred (professional or personal projects welcome)
  • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar is a plus (not required)
  • College students seeking internships or part-time experience are welcome
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • We want someone creative – passionate, curious, and willing to think outside the box!

Time Commitment & Flexibility

  • 2-8 hours per week (3-4 hours per week is the anticipated average)
  • Very flexible, choose-your-own schedule, with some light coordination and time-sensitive deadlines. Weekly team meetings.

REMOTE – PART-TIME/PRN – $17-22 / hour

A Letter of recommendation is available for professional programs or future employers.
