Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to elevate our firm’s digital presence. You will be the bridge between our advisors’ high-level financial expertise and our audience of high net worth individuals. Your goal is to build brand awareness while ensuring every post is compliant with SEC/FINRA standards.

You will be responsible for: a) creating social media posts (using mainly material we will provide, but supplemented by your own efforts to obtain visuals about events and activities in which we participate), b) Scheduling, promoting and monitoring responses to those posts, including paid promotion in consultation with us; c) Monitoring and reporting on analytics so we can see if we are meeting the objectives noted below.

Our objectives: a) Build brand awareness by growing our audience in multiple channels ; and b) Distinguish ourselves by promoting the individuals who work here through audience exposure to what they do, what they say and what they write.

Along with scheduling, promotion and analytics, our social media coordinator will increase our social media presence by developing appropriate posts out of the material we create. This includes: a) Developing short-form and long-form videos of our podcasts, using the published audio recording and the unpublished videos we typically record during the podcast interviews; b) Creating short scripts in which a client service professional can generate interest in an article or podcast in which s/he participated; c) Creating short scripts in which a client service professional can summarize an article or address a current event in a 30-second to 2-minute reel that can be posted to social media; d) When enough lead time is available, creating a short "teaser" reel (possibly audio only, or a/v) for the forthcoming podcast episode release.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
