Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
  • Ensure that all front desk areas are organized and presentable at all times.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with postal services or in a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with office management software.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
