Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
- Ensure that all front desk areas are organized and presentable at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with postal services or in a similar environment.
- Familiarity with office management software.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
