Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid: 3 days in office - Tues/Thurs + 1 floating day)

Their team merges agency discipline with the flair of creators, producing innovative content that feels fresh, authentic, and perfect for social media.

They are now seeking a motivated Social Media and Content Creator Manager—someone with a sharp creative instinct, filming skills, and in-depth platform knowledge to bring brand stories to life.

The Role

You will oversee daily social media activities across an array of music, brand, and lifestyle clients—developing content calendars, shooting and editing vertical video, and enhancing engagement through clever, eye-catching ideas.

This position is hands-on, designed for a creative individual who can shoot, edit, and publish iPhone-first content that feels organic to each platform.

You will collaborate directly with senior leadership and clients on campaigns that blend creativity and performance, turning insights, culture, and creator spirit into standout content.

What You'll Do

Plan, create, and publish daily social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Shoot and edit iPhone-first content - quick, reactive, social-native video that drives real engagement
Contribute ideas—from simple reactive posts to elaborate branded content series
Stay updated on trends, sounds, and storytelling formats that enhance performance
Write concise, engaging copy that aligns with each brand's voice and community
Manage social calendars, ensuring deadlines and creative consistency are met
Track and analyze performance, using insights to inform creative choices and demonstrate impact
Support influencer and creator collaborations—briefing, managing, and repurposing their content
Work cohesively with internal teams and client stakeholders to produce strategic and distinctive work

What We're Looking For

Professional experience in social media or content creation, ideally within a creative, social-first agency
Proven expertise in shooting and editing short-form video content using an iPhone (experience with CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools is a plus)
Demonstrated examples of high-performing social content with strong engagement and viewership
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—what works and why
Experience managing multiple accounts, calendars, and campaigns concurrently
Creative, agile, and organized—able to identify opportunities and quickly turn ideas into actionable content
A natural storyteller who understands how brands connect with audiences through the lens of culture
Based in London, with flexibility to attend shoots and regular in-office days
