Status: Full Time or Part Time considered

Location: Remote-first role with periodic travel to our Green Cove Springs, Florida headquarters.

Reports To: Marketing & Ecommerce Director


ROLE OVERVIEW


The Creative Media Designer supports the marketing team by producing digital, print and video content across multiple brands in the fishing and outdoor industries. This is a hands-on production role focused on developing high-quality creative assets used in marketing campaigns, product launches, brand communications and retailer materials across a portfolio of fishing and outdoor related brands.


Key Responsibilities


Design & Marketing Creative

  • Design digital and print assets including social media creative, website imagery, email creative, product packaging, catalogs, flyers and promotional materials
  • Produce advertising creative for paid media across digital platforms
  • Create retailer and dealer support materials such as sell sheets, line sheets, product one-pagers and merchandising assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands, products and channels
  • Support product photography planning and creative direction as needed

  • Video & Motion

    • Edit and produce short and long-form video content for social media, websites, product promotions and advertising campaigns
    • Format and adapt video for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
    • Create motion graphics, titles, overlays and visual effects to support brand storytelling and product education
    • Assist with planning and capturing video or photography during product shoots, events or field activities when required


    Production Workflow & Asset Management

    • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital channels, email marketing, print production and retailer use
    • Maintain organized design and video asset libraries, including file naming, version control and basic documentation
    • Adapt and resize creative assets across formats and channels to support ongoing campaigns
    • Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers and printers to support production and timelines
    • Support the marketing team with creative production for campaigns, launches and events


    Experience & Qualifications

    • Strong design portfolio demonstrating digital and print work (portfolio required)
    • Experience editing marketing or social media video content
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar)
    • Working knowledge of layout, typography and visual storytelling
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
    • Experience producing marketing assets across digital and print channels including social media, websites, email marketing, advertising and promotional materials
    • Ability to manage multiple projects across different brands and deadlines simultaneously


    What Sets You Apart

    • Experience in fishing, marine, outdoor or sporting goods industries.
    • Experience working with digital asset management systems (DAM).
    • Experience working with project management systems, like Monday, Asana or Trello.
    • Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)
