Job Summary
The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually engaging designs and layouts for both digital and print media. This role involves transforming ideas and concepts into compelling visuals that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Develop design assets for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce creative materials that effectively communicate messages.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual content as needed.
- Prepare final artwork for print and coordinate with printers or external agencies when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Designer, or similar role.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience in motion, graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design or web layout.
- Illustration or hand-drawing skills.
