Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
Schedule and confirm grooming appointments using our booking system.
Coordinate with grooming staff and drivers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer complaints or special requests with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information about services, prices, and promotions.
Maintain customer records and update booking logs.
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support (experience in pet services is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic .
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM or scheduling tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Must be available to work UAE business hours.
Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for animals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
