Shift Interactive seeks a senior Android mobile app engineer who thrives in a full-stack environment. The primary focus will be native Android development, with opportunities to contribute across the broader technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• You'll own Android development efforts while contributing to backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure work as the team requires

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in native Android development using Kotlin
• Comfort working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and database layers when needed
• Willingness to learn new technologies, practices, and programming languages as projects demand
• You must be located in United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• This position requires US citizenship due to due to contract requirements
• Test-Driven Development experience
• Pair programming experience
• Software consulting industry background
