JUNIOR CONTENT CREATOR

Smart Group Ltd
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, privately owned group of hospitality, catering, venues and event management businesses, with a specific focus on elevating the social presence of our catering brands: Moving Venue, Last Supper and Smart Supper Club. We are looking for a creatively ambitious Content Creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling, visual content, and crucially great food. This role is not about passive posting. It is about actively shaping the voice, look and impact of our catering brands online, building distinctive channels that feel inspiring, culturally relevant, and truly industry leading. This is not just a content creation role; it is a creative social media role at the heart of our catering brands. We want someone who will help make Moving Venue, Last Supper and Smart Supper Club truly stand out on social: visually, creatively and culturally. If you love food more than life itself, want to tell powerful stories through imagery and video, and are excited by working with some of London’s most respected chefs and caterers, this role is for you. Quality, passion and integrity sit at the heart of Smart Group. We are bold, creative and entrepreneurial, and we want someone who can match that energy, bringing fresh ideas, strong craft skills, and a genuine love of hospitality to the team.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is genuinely obsessed with food, hospitality and culture, someone who doesn’t just “like” catering, but wants to celebrate it, document it and elevate it creatively.
You Will Be
  • A visual storyteller with a natural eye for composition, detail and brand
  • Comfortable creating your own graphics, reels, videos and imagery
  • Confident working across multiple brands with different personalities
  • Proactive, curious and happy to get out on site, behind the scenes, and into our kitchens
  • Organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Equally creative and commercial in your thinking
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is ready to take real ownership of social channels and make them distinctive, consistent and compelling.
What The Role Requires
You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Managers, Marketing Assistants and Graphic Designers to grow and strengthen the social presence of Moving Venue, Last Supper and Smart Supper Club.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Leading day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok for our catering brands
  • Creating original content, including photography, short-form video, reels, graphics and social copy
  • Filming and editing behind-the-scenes content in kitchens, on-site at events, and at tastings
  • Developing visually distinctive content styles for each brand
  • Scheduling, publishing and monitoring posts using social scheduling tools
  • Analysing social performance and suggesting improvements to content strategy
  • Working closely with stakeholders, chefs, operations teams and designers to capture authentic brand stories
  • Maintaining content calendars and ensuring consistent output across channels
  • Supporting wider marketing campaigns across print, digital and PR
  • Writing and proofreading compelling brand copy for social, email and web
  • Updating website content and working with CMS platforms
  • Attending supper clubs, showcases and events to capture live content
  • Conducting research into food, hospitality and cultural trends
  • Providing on-site social media coverage during key events
You should be excited by the idea of being in kitchens, at tastings, backstage at events, and on-site, capturing the energy of what we do.
About You
What you’ll bring:
A relevant degree in Social Media, Marketing, Media, Digital, Communications, Design, or a related field, or hands-on experience gained through internships, freelance work, volunteering, or personal projects
  • A strong passion for food, chefs and hospitality, not just marketing
  • Proven interest in social media trends and content creation
  • The ability to create your own graphics and videos
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using WordPress or a CMS
  • Previous experience in hospitality, events or food marketing
