Looking for a Senior Creative to lead the charge in shaping their visual identity and brand storytelling across campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and real-world experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
• Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling.
• Translate technical innovation into emotionally engaging visual narratives.
• Oversee art direction for shoots — photography, video, and content creation.
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and outdoor performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a Marketing creative or Design role, ideally in outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle, or performance brands.
• A standout portfolio showcasing visual design, campaign development, and art direction.
• Expertise in branding, typography, motion, and digital-first design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• A genuine passion for the outdoors and performance-driven design.
