Requirements

• ExperienceinaTechLead,VPofTechnology,PrincipalArchitectposition,and/orCTOideallyhavingexperiencewithbuildingandrunningaSaaSinastartup/scaleupandacrosssomeofthefollowing:VideoContent,Social,Commerce,Community,Games,Edtechetc.
• Abilitytothinkstrategicallyandanticipatetechnologyneeds6-12+monthsdowntheroad
• Capableofdrivingcomplextechnologyshifts,includingtheabilitytobreakdowncomplexinnovationprocessesandprojectsintoclear,ambitious,andrealisticstrategiesforexecutionsotheycanbebuiltrapidlyandtestedasMVPs
• Executionsotheycanbebuiltrapidlyandtestedprototypespriortodeployment
• Trackrecordwithfront-end(React,Unity,WebGL,Android,iOS,React),back-end(Kotlin,REST,AWS,PHP8/Symfony4,AWS/Azure),AI,ML,web
• Pastexperienceasahands-onsoftwareengineer,ideallyonBackEndsystems
• Abilitytotakeconceptsfromvisiontotechnicalsolutionsworkingwithbusiness,technical,management,andsubjectmatterexpertstodeliverproductsorplatformcapabilities
• Experiencewithapplyingmachinelearningsolutionstorealworldproblems,ideallyaroundnaturallanguageprocessingProventrackrecordofbuildingandleadinghigh-performancetechnologyteams,andanabilitytoattractandretaintalentedindividuals
