About Us

Terrazzo Tiles is a boutique, design-led interiors company based in London.

We specialise in sustainable terrazzo, high-quality European porcelain, handmade tiles and low-impact materials crafted in Europe.

Our ethos centres on craftsmanship, warm service, and thoughtful, meaningful design.

We are expanding our team and looking for a design-aware showroom consultant who values creativity, autonomy and genuine connection with clients.

The Role

As a Showroom Design Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, architects and interior designers visiting our NW3 showroom.

You'll guide clients through material choices, colour palettes, textures and finishes while helping them shape beautiful, cohesive interior schemes.

This role is ideal for applicants with experience in design-led interiors showrooms such as Fired Earth, Mandarin Stone, Claybrook, or other boutique tile/bathroom studios.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the showroom with warmth and professionalism
• Provide design-led consultations and advise on colour, texture and material combinations
• Support designers, architects and homeowners with specification requirements
• Prepare quotations and manage follow-up communication
• Manage sample orders and maintain an organised workflow
• Contribute to showroom displays, moodboards and visual merchandising
• Ensure the showroom remains a beautiful, inspiring environment
• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and aesthetic sensitivity

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

Experience in a tile showroom, interiors retailer or design studio

A strong eye for design, colour, texture and materials

Warm, thoughtful customer service skills

Confidence advising on interior schemes and renovation projects

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, collaborative approach

An interest in sustainable, high-quality materials

Experience with brands such as Fired Earth, Mandarin Stone, Claybrook, or similar design-focused showrooms is highly valued.
