The Social Media Manager at The Broken Window Community Builders will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence through creative content and community engagement. This role involves developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals, creating engaging content, and interacting with the audience to foster a strong community around the brand.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Creating engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to promote our services and showcase completed projects.
- Managing the social media content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant postings.
- Engaging with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitoring social media trends, analytics, and user feedback to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Utilizing social media advertising and targeting to reach new audiences and boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms for businesses or brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools to schedule, analyze, and track performance.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style to match the brand's voice.
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts and images.
- Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategies and improve performance.
- Familiarity with the construction or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
