📱 Social Media Manager Intern (Part-Time, Unpaid Experience Role)

Are you obsessed with social media trends, short-form video, and what makes content go viral? This is your chance to gain real-world experience managing social media for a growing Florida-first media movement whose content already reaches millions across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and teachable Social Media Manager Intern to help us amplify our mission online. This is an unpaid experience role, designed to give you hands-on practice in social media management, campaign execution, and digital storytelling while working with an active production and marketing team.

✅ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Passion for social media, trends, and digital culture
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express for basic content creation/editing
• Strong writing skills for captions and hashtags
• A team-player mindset: teachable, reliable, and proactive

📅 What You’ll Do

• Assist with posting and scheduling content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Patreon, and any additional platforms we expand to in the future
• Send invites on Facebook to grow followers from engagement activity
• Help monitor engagement, comments, and DMs to build community
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, and content ideas to keep our feeds fresh
• Collaborate with our production team to turn long-form content into shareable clips
• Brainstorm new campaign and series ideas that fit our mission and voice
