Woodbridge is a 20 square mile town of just over 9,000 residents in New Haven County, known for outstanding schools, protected open space, active trail networks, and civically engaged populations in Connecticut. The Board of Selectmen is hiring an Administrative Officer to serve as the town's Chief Operating Officer, working shoulder to shoulder with the First Selectman to modernize operations, deliver major capital projects, and raise the bar on municipal service delivery.
This is a visible, high impact role in a community where your work is noticed, valued, and genuinely appreciated.
Job Description

Form of government
Woodbridge operates under a Board of Selectmen and Town Meeting form of government. Five Selectmen are elected at large to two year terms and serve as the legislative branch, setting policy, approving ordinances, and reviewing administrative functions.
