Duties: Build statistical, optimization, and machine learning models for a range of applications in the Ads Delivery space (e.g. auction, bidding, pacing, ranking). Design and execute product experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions. Use data to understand product performance and to identify improvement opportunities. Present findings to leadership to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, and marketing to drive system development end-to-end from ideation to product ionization. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position Requires

• Python or R;
• Database query languages: SQL;
• Experience in setting up, evaluation, and analysis of complex experiments and observational causal inference to drive product development;
• Knowledge of underlying mathematical and statistical foundations of machine learning, optimization, and econometrics;
• Knowledge of experimental design and analysis;
• Experience building marketing measurement capabilities or Ads Delivery systems;
• Ability to design, implement and track core metrics to analyze the performance of products.
