Digital Marketing Specialist, Unplugged

Unplugged is a new kind of consumer electronics company. We're building technology that puts people before algorithms — and we're not afraid to challenge the status quo.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who's ready to roll up their sleeves, think diﬀerently, and make real noise. This is not a “manage an agency” kind of role. We want someone to personally design, manage, and execute high-performing digital ad and e-commerce campaigns — and who's obsessed with the insights that proves what's working.

What You'll Do

Build and run digital ad campaigns across X, Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond
Manage and optimize our Shopify ecommerce site, including analytics and conversion funnels. The most important part of this role is to be incessantly data-driven.
Create and test performance-driven creative that captures attention and breaks norms. Our team has designers, writers and video editors who will help you build content. You won't be alone.
With that said, we are looking for someone who also has a hands-on proficiency in building creative assets, so that you can share the load and better collaborate with other creative and marketing team members.
Develop growth strategies to scale e-commerce sales and customer acquisition
Own the marketing budget, performance metrics, and reporting
Partner with our executive team to shape the brand's voice and positioning

Who You Are

A hands-on marketer who can design, test, and iterate — not just oversee
Experience with various ad formats across social and video platforms, best practices, new techniques, etc.
Experience with Shopify, email marketing (we use Klaviyo) and other performance marketing platforms, analytics dashboards and various marketing technologies used for A/B testing, optimization and driving decisions.
Comfortable taking creative risks to stand out in a noisy industry
Experimental, and self-motivated — you love trying bold ideas and seeing what sticks
Excited about working with an agile, ambitious team building a brand that goes against the grain
