Social Media Manager (Coaching & Personal Development Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing coaching company looking for a Social Media Manager who speaks the language of growth, mindset, and human potential.

We don’t just want someone to "post content". We want a strategic partner who can capture our voice, nurture our community, and turn followers into lifelong clients. If you have previously worked with life coaches, business mentors, or wellness experts, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

→ Content Strategy: Create and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn that aligns with our upcoming launches and evergreen programs.

→ High-Impact Copywriting: Write captions that stop the scroll. You should be able to capture our founder’s voice, and blend empathy with authority to drive engagement and sales.

→ Visual Storytelling: Design aesthetic, on-brand graphics (using Canva/Adobe) and edit short-form video (Reels) that resonate with our audience.

→ Community Cultivation: Manage daily engagement. This means starting conversations and building real relationships.

Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs and pivot strategies based on what the data tells us about our audience's behavior.

Required Experience

→ Industry Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience specifically managing social media for coaches, consultants, or speakers.

→ Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram (driving engagement through Reels and building intimacy via Stories), Facebook (fostering community and using long-form storytelling to spark conversation), and LinkedIn (positioning thought leadership and authority to reach a high-level professional audience).

→ The "Coach" Voice: You learn our Founder’s voice and understand how to communicate "The Transformation" without sounding like a cliché or a "get-rich-quick" scheme.

Preferred Skills

→ Experience with ManyChat

→ Knowledge of basic funnel marketing (how social media feeds into an email list or sales page).

→ A genuine passion for personal development, healing modalities, energy and psychology.
