Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Beauty / Wellness –

I’m a beauty & wellness business owner looking for a creative, hands-on social media manager to help me consistently create high-quality content that actually connects and converts.

I already have branding, a landing page, and some content. What I need is someone who can help generate content ideas, guide filming, and turn that content into polished reels and posts—while also helping me clearly package and promote one strong offer.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with me on content ideas and concepts (reels, talking points, service-focused content)
• Provide simple filming guidance (what to film, angles, hooks, structure — I’ll film)
• Edit reels and create feed posts using existing and newly filmed content
• Write captions aligned with my brand voice (clean, confident, elevated)
• Create and manage a weekly posting schedule
• Help refine and consistently promote one core offer (no rebrand, no funnels)

What I’m NOT looking for

• Agencies or teams
• Paid ads or heavy strategy decks
• Someone who just posts without thinking

Ideal fit

• Experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Strong visual eye and understanding of short-form video (Reels/TikTok style)
• Comfortable collaborating and giving creative direction
• Organized, proactive, and confident in their decisions

• Budget: $500–$600/month
• Scope: ~10–12 hours/month
• Trial: 30 days (option to extend)
• Platforms: Instagram (TikTok a plus)
