Key Responsibilities

Integrated Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar that strategically balances newly created assets (current launches/trends) with our existing evergreen library to ensure a consistent, high-volume presence.

Narrative Copywriting: Write compelling, "human" captions for Instagram and Meta that capture Rachel Perry's unique voice and drive community engagement.

Asset Management: Audit our existing library to identify high-value content that can be repurposed, updated, or remixed alongside new shoots.

Posting & Optimization: Handle all scheduling and manual posting, ensuring captions, tags, and locations are optimized for the Meta algorithm.

Growth & Engagement: Monitor community interactions and proactively engage with the audience to foster a loyal following.
