We are a high-performing residential real estate team based in Silicon Valley, serving buyers and sellers across the Bay Area. Our business is relationship-driven, data-oriented, and focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes. We are looking for a social media manager who understands how to turn content into real engagement, real conversations, and ultimately real transactions.

This role is full ownership of our social media presence—not just posting, but strategy, execution, and performance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to fully manage and grow all of our social media platforms with the explicit goal of increasing inbound inquiries, booked calls, and closed sales.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a clear content strategy that positions us as trusted local experts while driving measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and others as appropriate)

Develop a clear content strategy aligned with lead generation and brand authority

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, short-form video, and stories

Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats

Write compelling captions and calls-to-action designed to generate DMs, form fills, and consultations

Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages as appropriate, and nurture conversations

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize based on what drives inquiries and conversions

Collaborate with our team on listings, market updates, educational content, and brand positioning

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

Based in the United States (required)

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses (not personal influencer accounts only)

Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and generate inbound leads or sales

Strong understanding of short-form video strategy and platform algorithms

Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end

Excellent written communication skills in professional American English

Comfortable being held accountable to performance and results

PREFERRED (NICE-TO-HAVE)

Experience working with real estate teams, agents, or brokerages

Familiarity with California or Silicon Valley real estate markets

Mandarin Chinese language skills (spoken and/or written) for engaging Chinese-speaking audiences

Experience working with Chinese-language platforms or audiences (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

Experience positioning professional services brands (real estate, law, finance, etc.)

Understanding of local market storytelling, not just generic trends
