Social Media Manager for Special Needs Brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

We are Safe Place Bedding, a fast-growing brand that creates safety bedding solutions for individuals with special needs. Our mission is to provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind to families and caregivers.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Social Media Manager to help us grow our presence and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

This role is more than just posting content — it requires empathy, understanding, and the ability to connect with families in the special needs community.

Responsibilities

Post consistent, engaging content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Respond to comments and direct messages in a caring, helpful, and professional manner

Study and deeply understand our products

Research competitor products to accurately answer questions and highlight our advantages

Increase engagement, followers, and community interaction

Build relationships and interact with special needs groups and communities online

Help position Safe Place Bedding as a trusted voice in the special needs space

Ideal Candidate

Experience managing and growing social media accounts (please provide examples)

Comfortable creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels)

Strong written communication skills

Compassionate and patient communicator

Experience working with or supporting individuals with special needs (preferred but not required)

Self-motivated and able to suggest ideas for growth

Understands engagement strategies and community building
