Social Media Manager & Video Editor for a Wealth Advisor in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Content Strategy & Planning

Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms

Collaborate closely with Indya to shape messaging, hooks, and narrative flow

Video Editing (Core Responsibility)

Edit all short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Cut raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds

Add captions, on-screen text, graphics, sound effects, and pacing aligned with the brand aesthetic

Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices (aspect ratio, timing, captions, trends)

Maintain consistent visual style, fonts, color usage, and overall brand polish

Posting & Follower Growth

Schedule content, write captions, and monitor performance to refine posting cadence

Track engagement metrics (saves, shares, comments, follower growth) to improve results

Stay current on social media trends, audio, and format changes

Actively grow followers by engaging with relevant accounts and creators

Engage with followers via comments and DMs

Analytics & Key Insights

Track and report monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth)

Identify patterns and replicate top-performing content strategies
