Microsoft Security Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Microsoft Security Engineer will guide enterprise deployments of Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel, collaborating with clients to enhance their security posture across cloud and on-premises environments. Key responsibilities Drive discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment, and support of Microsoft security capabilities with client teams Provide a holistic approach by collaborating across business units to integrate threat protection with identity, compliance, and other areas Contribute to the development of new Threat Protection and SIEM services offered by the company Required qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft cloud security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Sentinel Strong experience with KQL queries and on-premises Microsoft security solutions such as Windows Server and Active Directory Current Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer Associate certification Experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and Entra ID Security Operations (SecOps) experience with Microsoft Defender XDR
