Must have

• Extensive development experience following the Application SDLC within an Application Engineering team.
• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary programming language, with proven experience in developing, testing, and delivering multiple applications.
• Azure PaaS experience preferred; however, strong Python expertise is the priority. Familiarity with Azure resources is still expected.

• Adaptability:

Must be willing to quickly learn new skills as needed, including unfamiliar Azure cloud resources or ramping up on Python or Azure based on the defined skill set options. Examples include gaining proficiency in Terraform and Azure Pipelines—these are not prerequisites but will be essential over time. Learning will occur independently, with guidance and support from CPO Operations resources.

Self-Starter

Demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently to meet defined delivery deadlines. This is essential for success in a remote role
