About the Role

A growing group of consumer brands in the dietary supplement and wellness space is seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to own content execution & performance across owned consumer touchpoints including social media, email, SMS, and eCommerce channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and has a strong sense of storytelling via social media and content performance marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Performance

Plan, write, and coordinate high-quality content across social media, email, paid assets, and product marketing channels that aligns with brand marketing strategies
Manage the content calendar and post timing for multiple brands
Work with digital channel leads to optimize copy for SEO and brand consistency
Apply test & learn tactics to optimize content that drives engagement and conversion
Monitor social media channels for engagement and customer service
Creating posts, copy, utilizing low code design tools like canva, etc.

Campaign Execution

Execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, educational series, partnerships, and promotions
Coordinate assets, copy, timelines, and performance tracking
Drive cross-functional collaboration with resources & partners and vendors

Brand & Messaging

Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all touchpoints
Support development of marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, landing pages, and ads

Project & Platform Management

Oversee content marketing workflows and scheduling in tools for social media management, as well as content management and CMS platforms like ClickUp & Klaviyo
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs

Experience We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in content, marketing or communications. Social media experience is a must, and please be prepared to share examples.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience managing content calendars and digital campaigns
Comfort working across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta, Shopify, or similar
Excellent project management and communication skills
Familiarity with content, creative and project management tools like ClickUp, Figma, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
Bonus: experience in wellness, supplements, or e-commerce
